Our history

We provide a full compliment of linguistic services for oil and gas projects. We offer an education program covering English and Russian terminology for oil and gas specialists. We publish reference books for translators and oil and gas specialists, providing them with unique sources of vital information.
We acquired valuable experience and grew into a large international company thanks to long-term partnerships with such international giants as Miller and Lents, Ltd., and Purvin and Gertz, respected providers of services for the oil and gas industry

2010   TechInput departments and translatorsbegan working withTrados Studio 2009 Pro specialized translation software.
     
2009   Headquarters moved to New York. A unified information center for production control and management based on the 1Ń Control System enginedeveloped and commissioned.
     
2008   TechInput became one of the five largest Russian translation companies, according to a Localization Industry Standards Association(LISA)study of the translation market.
     
2005   Complex system of translation-quality management developed and commissioned.
     
2004   ISO 9001:2000 and IQNetquality-standards certificates acquired. TechInput becamethe first Russian translation company to be certified for both interpretation and written translation.
     
2002   Subsidiary company, OOO TechInput, opened in Moscow, employing professional linguists, engineers, developers geophysicists and geologists, some of the native speakers of English. TechInput began running cutting-edge equipment and software for translation projects used in all types of professional software packages as well as in its own automated system of business process management.
